    The fund, in accord with the university’s approved spending policy, will provide scholarships to Concordia St. Paul students participating in one of the CSP choral groups. Selection will be through the talent scholarship program and determined in consultation between financial aid and by faculty designated by the dean or department chair.

    The income is to be used for scholarships for students with preference given to students majoring in music. The university may, at its discretion, use eighty percent of the income from the fund for student scholarships and reinvest the remaining twenty percent into the corpus of the fund.
