Initially, it is intended that the proceeds from said endowment will facilitate retreats of new, full-time faculty members to study, learn from experienced faculty and contemplate the implications and methods of modeling and sharing their faith in the classrooms of Concordia, St. Paul to assist students in the process of connecting their faith, lives and careers.
