    When the corpus of the fund reaches at least $30,000, eighty percent of the annual income from the fund shall be used, and twenty percent of the annual income shall be reinvested in the principal. One-half of the eighty percent annual income is to be used for scholarships for students with preference given to pre-seminary students as determined by the university scholarship committee; one-half of the eighty percent annual income will be used for the general operating needs of the Oswald Hoffman School of Christian Outreach.
