    The income is to be used for scholarships for full-time students who demonstrate financial need and are enrolled in OHSCO course work and are pursuing missionary and/or outreach professional service in the LCMS. If the OHSCO coursework is no longer offered by the University, then the income shall be distributed to students who demonstrate financial need and are enrolled in parish work courses for pre-seminary, church teacher director of Christian education, director of outreach, or director of parish music studies.

    Concordia St. Paul, at its, discretion, will award scholarship funds according to the university’s approved spending policy to students enrolled at the university in high academic standing with financial need. The donor’s preference is to award scholarship of at least $1000 and with at least one-half of the recipients enrolled in a church work program.

    Amounts distributed from the Fund pursuant to Concordia University spending policy shall be used to provide funding for vocation service-related programs and initiatives for students, faculty and staff at CSP such as, but not limited to, the Solus Christus Fellows program. Additionally, portions of the funding may be used to enable and support students working on vocational service-related projects with faculty and staff.

    Sixty percent of the annual earnings and realized capital gains shall be reinvested in the funds. Forty percent of the annual earnings and realized capital gains shall be distributed annually as follows: partial athletic scholarships awarded to student athletes who participate in football and have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5.
