    One-half to Concordia University, St. Paul, Minnesota, to be used for student scholarships to those eligible students entering into full time church work with THE LUTHERAN CHURCH MISSOURI SYNOD. For these purposes I request that the University establish the Hilbert and Norma Brandt Memorial Scholarship Fund, and that for ten (10) years after the establishment of the Fund, income shall only be distributed at least annually for the Fund’s purposes. Thereafter, principal may be used for scholarships or for such other purposes as the University may see fit.
