    Amounts distributed from the Fund pursuant to Concordia University policy shall be used to provide scholarships based on financial need to students who have completed at least two years of their undergraduate studies an on alternating years awarded to a student with a declared major in elementary education and the following year to a student with a declared major in the sciences. The donor prefers that the award be given to one recipient rather than dispersed among several.
