“As a soccer player from Blaine, Minnesota, my experience at Concordia St. Paul has been incredibly meaningful. I chose CSP for its strong academics, the chance to play soccer close to home, and its welcoming community. Thanks to generous CSP donors, I’ve been able to succeed in the classroom, earn Dean’s List honors, and prepare for a future in sports management. Thank you for making these opportunities possible.”

“My experience at Concordia St. Paul has been meaningful as I begin my journey toward becoming a nurse. I chose CSP for its strong nursing program and welcoming community, which made me feel at home right away. I am grateful to the generous donors whose support makes my education possible and helps me prepare to give back to my community. Thank you for being part of my journey.”
Last year, generous donors contributed more than $2 million to the Opportunity Fund, which strengthens the very heart of the CSP experience. By supporting vital programs and campus projects, the Opportunity Fund makes a CSP education distinctive, opening doors for students, inspiring bold aspirations, and empowering greater achievement. This year, it has advanced key initiatives such as Student Scholarships, the expansion of classrooms in Ries Tower, and the installation of an innovative Electronic Anatomy Lab.
Because of gifts to the Opportunity Fund, CSP is strengthening the student experience through scholarships, expanded Ries Tower classrooms, a new Electronic Anatomy Lab, and a 90-credit, three-year bachelor’s degree that lowers time and cost, empowering students to dream bigger and achieve more.
Because of gifts to Athletics, CSP enhanced the Athletic Training Lab with upgraded equipment and strengthened nutrition planning to better support student-athlete performance and foster pride in our programs.
Because of gifts to Student Scholarships, CSP continues to offer the Pell Commitment to traditional and Global students, while 94.5% of undergraduate traditional students enrolled in fall 2024 received institutional aid for 2024–25.
Quality and Value of CSP Programs
Church Work Scholarships
Because of gifts to Church Work Scholarships, CSP enrolled 92 church work students this fall. 45 pre-seminary students receiving full tuition and 47 church work students paying no more than $6,000. All church work students are covered under the Church Work Tuition Guarantee in the fall of 2026
Comet's Cupboard
Because of gifts to Comet’s Cupboard, 224 households were served in Fall 2025, supporting 411 adults, 237 children, and 217 CSP students and staff, with 5,342 pounds of food distributed. Future goals focus on expanding hours to serve even more community members.
Golden Bear Basics Fund
Because of your gifts, the Golden Bear Basics Fund provides immediate financial assistance to students facing medical emergencies, housing instability, and other unexpected expenses. Future goals focus on expanding support to help even more students overcome financial barriers and stay on track to graduate.
Because of you, students become bold, confident leaders.
“I loved my time at CSP! Concordia helped me discover what I wanted to pursue in the next chapters of my life. I grew in the classroom and on the baseball diamond, learning life skills like patience and perseverance. My five years on the CSP baseball team were some of my life’s best. It taught me how to prioritize my responsibilities as a teammate, a student, and a leader. I also had the opportunity to lead within the Tri-Pi Math Club, organizing events and supporting fellow members. Now, I work for Ameriprise Financial as an Actuarial Analyst—a role I was well prepared for thanks to my experiences at Concordia. Even now, I still have friendships from CSP, and those connections have stayed with me. I want current and future students to have the same opportunities to grow, connect, and be part of a community that supports and prepares them for life after graduation.”
