“The Fund, in accordance with the university’s approved spending policy, will provide scholarships to CSP students enrolled in programs preparing for the full-time ministry of the LCMS. Selection will be made based on the following pr references: 1. Pre-seminary students from Minnesota North district (or its future equivalent) 2. Students in other church work programs from Minnesota North district (or its future equivalent) 3. Pre-seminary students from any geographic area 4. Students in other church work programs from any geographic area.”
