Established by David Halbmaier in memory of his wife, Julie, a CSAL student. The income is to be used for scholarships for students who have 2+ modules completed and are enrolled in a quarter beginning after July 1 of awarded year, have a GPA of 3.25 – 4.0, and demonstrate financial need.
