The income from the Fund shall be distributed at least annually as follows: -Concordia College, St. Paul students enrolled in a pre-seminary program leading to full-time professional ministry in The Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod; -Students demonstrating financial need -Students in their third or fourth year of college -Students who are not from church work families
