Verna J. Oster Memorial Scholarship Endowment Fund
The income is to be used for scholarships for full time students studying to become teachers of elementary education whether for church or other private or public schools. The scholarships should continue to be available to the students receiving them so long as they continue to study for that vocation on a continuous basis.

Rachel Ann Pocrnich Scholarship Endowment
The income is to be used for scholarships for students with financial need, enrolled in the teacher education (elementary or early childhood) program.

Evelyn B. (Meyer) Friedrich Endowed Scholarship
Concordia St. Paul, at its discretion, will award scholarship funds according to the university’s approved spending policy to students enrolled at CSP who are pursuing a degree to serve in the teaching profession.

Rev. Dr. Brian L. (’79) and Dr. Laurie A. (’80) Friedrich Endowment
for students in the Masters of Teaching program with financial need (first priority); or undergraduate education majors, either on-campus or online, with financial needs (second priority).

The income is to be used for scholarships for students in the teacher education program with an emphasis in physical education.

Bob Barnes Scholarship Endowment
The income is to be used for scholarships for Concordia University, St. Paul students studying to be teachers, coaches, or athletic administrators in the field of physical education.

Fred and Ruth Bartling Endowment Fund
The Fund in accord with the university’s approved policy will support two purposes: The Fred and Ruth Bartling Scholarship and the Bartling Lecture series. The Harold and Lovine Bartz Scholarship Endowment
The income from the Fund shall be distributed at least annually as follows: Full-time Concordia University, St. Paul students who demonstrate financial need, and are pursuing a program that would lead to full-time work.
