The Donors prefer that funds be distributed to full-time students pursuing a degree in education with the intent of becoming a Lutheran Classroom Teacher. B) In the event there is a lack of need for the above provision, funds will be awarded to full-time students at Concordia University, St. Paul with general financial aid needs.

Kenneth N. Behm Scholarship Endowment
The income is to be used for scholarships for full-time CSP students who demonstrate financial need and are enrolled in programs leading to full-time church work in the LCMS. Preference is to be given to students who are members of Trinity Lutheran in Janesville, Minnesota.

John Barthel Scholarship Endowment
The income is to be used for a scholarship for a worthy and indigent theological student at CSP “for and during the time of his studies for the Lutheran Ministry.”

Willi and Adeline Ballenthin Scholarship Endowment
The income is to be used for scholarships for CSP students enrolled in programs leading to full-time professional ministry in the LCMS.

Susan Arndt Memorial Scholarship Endowment
Scholarship will be awarded to a student classified as a senior, having financial need and seeking a major in Elementary Education (K through 8th grade) with the purpose of teaching in a Lutheran Elementary School.

The Milton E. “Andy” and Margaret R. Anderson Endowed Scholarship Fund
Concordia St. Paul, at its discretion, will award scholarship funds according to the university’s approved spending policy to students enrolled at CSP who are pursuing a degree in a church-work program.
