The income from the fund should be distributed at least annually as follows: 70% awarded by head volleyball coach to player. 30% to student in need in the art program.

Milbrath Football Endowment
Sixty percent of the annual earnings and realized capital gains shall be reinvested in the funds. Forty percent of the annual earnings and realized capital gains shall be distributed annually as follows: partial athletic scholarships awarded to student athletes who participate in football and have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5.

The income is to be used for scholarships for students participating in NCAA Division II sports.

The income is to be used for scholarships for Concordia University, St. Paul students studying to be teachers, coaches, or athletic administrators in the field of physical education.
