80% of the income is to be used for scholarships for needy students enrolled in the final year of the DCE program and having a 3.5 or higher cumulative GPA. 20% of the income shall be reinvested in the principal.

The Milton E. “Andy” and Margaret R. Anderson Endowed Scholarship Fund
Concordia St. Paul, at its discretion, will award scholarship funds according to the university’s approved spending policy to students enrolled at CSP who are pursuing a degree in a church-work program.
