Anniversaries

Debbie (Busse) Borchardt, B.A. ’85 and her husband Bruce have two adult sons, Isaiah and Samuel. Isaiah is married to Alecia. They have a baby, Otto, born in May 2024. Samuel is engaged to Brenna.

Arlen, B.A. ’70 and Madelyn, B.A. ’01 Krinke recently celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary.

William Lange, B.A. ’11 is getting married on February 17, 2024. He continues to work with other Concordia alumni, purchasing and managing several rental properties in the Twin Cities.

Mary (Schultz), B.A. ’71 and Darrell Golnitz, B.A. ’71 celebrated their 50th Anniversary at Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Minneapolis with a renewal of vows on December 19, 2021 led by Pastor Joseph Crippen.

Laurel (Frey), B.A. ’80 and Doug Jonas celebrated their 32nd anniversary with a trip to the Grand Canyon and five National parks. They are blessed with three sons and three grandsons.

Helena (Crick), B.A. ’10, M.A. ’12 and Robert Christopher Leone, Esq. were married on Oct. 23, 2021 in Lovingston, Va. surrounded by family and friends.

Todd Glaeser, ’84 married Joni Davis married in July 2023. They are living in Salt Lake City, Utah where Joni is a teacher and administrator of a Lutheran grade school.

Christine Luoma, B.A. ’20 got married in August 2022 to “the most incredible partner in crime who continues to be my biggest supporter!”

Raymond Paul Wiegert, H.S. ’53, J.C. ’55 and Dolores Heuer celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary, August 19, 2023.

Terry, ’70 and Lynette (Wilkening), B.A. ’72 Finnern gathered with their entire family at Pincushion Mountain Haus in Grand Marais, Minn. to celebrate our “50 minus one” wedding anniversary. An amazing celebration at an amazing place.
