Christopher Martin

Rev. Christopher Martin accepted a call to become Senior Pastor of Hope Lutheran Church, Ladysmith, Wisconsin and Glen Flora Lutheran Church, Glen Flora, Wisconsin. He was installed at Hope Lutheran Church on Sunday, November 15th with Rev. Craig Nehring, Dean of the Wisconsin-Upper Michigan Mission District of the North American Lutheran Church (NALC) officiating, and at Glen Flora Lutheran Church on Wednesday, November 18th with Rev. Thomas Reiff, who served Hope and Glen Flora as a supply pastor, officating. Pastor Martin had previously served Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church, Audubon, Iowa (2007-10), the McConnellsburg Lutheran Parish, McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania (2010-2012), Emmons Lutheran Church, Emmons, Minnesota (2013-2018), and most recently at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church-Vilmar, rural Greene, Iowa (2018-2020). In addition to his service as a parish pastor, he has served the North American Lutheran Church at large as a member of the Mission District Council for the Iowa Mission District-NALC (2018-2020), and presently serves the NALC as Co-Chair of the Renewal Team in the NALC Missions Office. Pastor Martin and his wife, Lindsay, and their three children: Bradon, Zachary, and Cassie, reside in Ladysmith.
